PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold device of simple structure which can easily produce an injection molded article having a large hollow part, a good appearance, no thin-wall part, and no problem with respect to strength. SOLUTION: In a mold device, a movable core 2 having a temperature regulating mechanism 5 which constitutes a mold cavity surface and is forward/ backward movable and independent is installed a position in a size to decreased the volume change of a mold cavity 3 from a gate 7, a molten resin is injected with the core 2 advanced, the core 2 is made to retreat after pressurized fluid was introduced, and a large hollow part 2 is formed. By installing the movable core 2, the volume change from the gate 7 to the mold cavity 3 is decreased and a defective appearance such as jetting is controlled. Moreover, since the temperature regulating mechanism 5 independent of mold temperature regulation is provided, for example, by cooling the in-course 18 of a bent part, the formation of a thin-wall part, which occurs easily, can be controlled. |
