PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a stable image free from defect by adopting a photoreceptor drum base material and the photoreceptor drum unit being light weight and simply manufactured for an electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: This photoreceptor drum base material, that is the material adopted for the photoreceptor drum 7, is slightly bent elastically in engaging with at least one of a hard member such as a hard developing roll 13 and the charging roll 13, and a hard cleaning blade. The drum is composed of a thin metallic cylindrical body with trimmed ends of by drawing-ironing molded body on an opening end part 2, and the tick part and/or the reduced diameter part. The photoreceptor drum unit 11 consists of an end part body 9 to which the short cylindrical part 9a is tightly inserted in the opening end part 2 and to the outside of which a ring body 8 is attached and the rotary shaft 10 that penetrates the end part body 9 with the same shaft as the photoreceptor drum 7. |
