PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table installation structure in which a table can be easily installed and removed onto/from a rack assembly, having structurally sufficient strength and good positional stability. SOLUTION: A pair of a right and a left side frames are connected to each other at front and back parts by laterally directed cross beams 3, 3. In this case, the pair of the cross beams 3, 3 are composed in L-shaped cross sectional surface to comprise mutually facing vertical pieces 3a, 3a, and horizontal pieces 3b, 3b at upper end parts of them bent in such directions to get apart from each other, locking holes 23, 25 are formed in the horizontal pieces 3b, 3b of the respective cross beams 3, 3, the locking hole 23 in the back cross beam 3 is formed to be continuous at a bent part from the vertical piece 3a to the horizontal piece 3b, a table 5 having a locking protrusion 20 on a back surface is placed on the horizontal pieces 3b, 3b to be slided backward till the locking protrusion 20 is engaged with the locking hole 23 in the back lateral beam 3, and the table 5 is fixed to the front lateral beam 3 by a fastener 24 inserted into the locking hole 25.
