<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring controller which automatically manages the operation devices of a plant where the devices of different capabilities are combined together and accordingly reduces the labor burden of an operator. SOLUTION: A monitoring controller 1 monitors and controls the operation states of plural devices 20 included in a monitoring control object process. Then the controller 1 is provided with an operating device deciding means 14 which selects the devices 20 to be operated and decides an operating sequence of these selected devices according to the specifications 15, the operation results and the prescribed operation algorithms of devices 20 and an operation value deciding means 16 which allocates the operation value to every device 20 selected by the means 14 according to the total operation value of the monitoring control object process.</p> |
