摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the residual stress of two-layered disks moving to an adhering stage in the state of having distortion and camber and to assure the flatness of the disks by irradiating the disks with UV rays while rotating a spin table to be loaded with the disks at a high speed, thereby curing an adhesive. SOLUTION: The second disk D2 is attracted and held by a prescribed arm and is moved into the disk table to be loaded with the first disk D1. The first disk D1 and the second disk D2 are put into a bonded state via the adhesive 3 in a disk bonding stage and are transferred to the spin table 2 constituting the optical disk adhering apparatus 1 so as to arrive at the position below a UV irradiation lamp 4. While the flatness of the disks is assured by the centrifugal force of the spin table 2 rotating at a high speed in an optical disk adhering stage, the adhesive 3 interposed between the disks D1 and D2 is spread and is irradiated with the UV lamp 4, by which the adhesive 3 is cured.</p>
