<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the risk of ignition even if a refrigerant is leaked by providing a compressor at the upper side of the enclosure of an outdoor machine and separating the leaked refrigerant from an ignition point. SOLUTION: The refrigerating device is provided with an outdoor machine 10 being arranged outside a chamber and an indoor machine 20 or the like being arranged inside the chamber, and a flammable refrigerant that is a natural refrigerant such as HC290 is circulated through them. The outdoor machine 10 is provided with a base 32 or the like where a compressor 11 that is provided at the upper side of the outdoor machine 10 is placed, the base 32 is provided with a plurality of through holes 33, and at the same time a lower enclosure 30 is provided with a plurality of through holes 34, thus preventing the refrigerant from staying at the bottom of the enclosure 30 even if the refrigerant is leaked from piping or the like in the outdoor machine 10 and at the same time separating it from an ignition point such as an overload relay 35 since the compressor 11 is arranged at the upper portion of the enclosure 30 even if the refrigerant stays, and hence eliminating the risk of ignition or the like in the leaked refrigerant.</p> |
