PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate image data of an image characteristic corresponding to an environment in which an image is finally outputted as a visible image and used. SOLUTION: In these image processing method and device which generate image data for being outputted to a printer engine part 10, environment optical information whose image to be printed by the part 10 is observed is stored in an environment optical information storage area 3c, and image data are corrected on the basis of the environment optical information stored in the area 3c, outputted to the part 10 and printed. |
