PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the linking and separating operations of both ends of a necklace very simple. SOLUTION: A first link part 2 and a second link part 4 are connected to the ends of the necklace main body 1. A first magnet 3 and a second magnet 5 are disposed in a first storage room 2c and a second storage room 4c respectively in such a way that the north pole and the south pole face a first opposite flat plate 2a and a second opposite flat plate 4a respectively. A hole or groove 2d is formed in the first opposite flat plate of the first link part 2, and an engagement projecting piece 4d is formed in the second opposite flat plate 4a of the second link part 4. The engagement projecting piece 4d is inserted into the hole or groove 2d when the first opposite flat plate 2a and the second opposite flat plate 4a, facing each other, come close to each other. The first link part 2 and the second link part 4 are connected to each other with the magnetic force of the first and second magnets 3 and 5.
