PURPOSE: A manual puncher of a synthetic resin gas pipe is provided to punch an ejection hole of the synthetic resin gas pipe by the designated depth with a regular rotational force and to let a chip in a punched hole by using a cylindrical drill. CONSTITUTION: A resin ejection pipe(300) is installed in a main supply pipe(200). A shaft hole(111) of a puncher body is opened by acting a blocking plate(121) of a gate valve device(120). In a state of coupling the body with the resin ejection pipe, the body is rotated by holding a handle(152). Herein, the handle body descends along a female screw unit of a support case body(130). At the same time, the depth of the descent is displayed on a depth displayer. Upon rotation of the handle body, a drive shaft(140) rotates and descends and a drill(160) of a lower end punches the main supply pipe. Further, the handle body is fitted on an upper end of the support case body so that a certain depth is punched. Thus, a lower part of the main supply pipe is not penetrated.
