PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time for data processing and to reduce the using quantity of a memory by dividing a picture signal to a luminance signal and a color difference signal so as to execute signal processing by using different interpolating method. SOLUTION: A luminance signal processing part 1 reads the program and the counting table of a three-dimensional convolution interpolating method from a ROM 11. A luminance signal before data processing is read from a first picture memory 12 with it, a processor 3 executes arithmetic processing and a luminance signal after data processing obtained by this is stored in a second picture memory 13. A color difference signal processing part 2 reads the program and the counting table of an interpolating method different from the three-dimensional convolution interpolating method from a ROM 21. A color difference signal before data processing is read from a third picture memory 22 with it and a color difference signal after data processing obtained by this is stored in a fourth picture memory 23. |
