PURPOSE:To increase the variable range of the frequency of oscillation, by setting an impedance converting circuit of a high input impedance into a feedback loop including a quartz oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The output of an amplifier 1 is connected to an emitter follower transistor TR12 via a quartz oscillator 2, etc. The output of the TR12 is fed back to the input of the amplifer 1. The Q of the series resonance circuit of a beedback circuit can be lowered by the TR12 to increase the variable frequency range. The capacity of a variable capacity diode 6 is varied by the modulated signal applied to a terminal 11. Thus an FM modulated wave is obtained at an output terminal 10. |
