PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve contact feeding with a road by removing self-vibration at the time of specified speed and softening twisting caused in a bearing unit at the time of steering in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A front wheel 3 is mounted on a support member 9 inclined backward, and the support member 9 is mounted on a chassis 2 of a vehicle by bearing units 5, 10 having a link element and a spring function. The support member 9 and the front wheel 3 can be turned centering round an inclined steering line 14, and the bearing units 5, 10 having a bearing member is so constructed that upper and lower bearing units are individually formed, and the support member 9 and the front wheel 3 can be turned. The upper bearing unit 5 is operated as a compound bearing for the support member and a steering linkage member. The bearing units 5, 10 have torsional rigidity in a surface extending through the respective holding points or bearing of the bearing units 5, 10 of the inside of the chassis 2 and the support member 9.
