<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a one package epoxy resin coating composition excellent in presevation stability and operability, capable of providing a coated membrane excellent in drying propertyes, overcoatability, adhesion and the like, and hardly causig the lifting of an old coated membrane even if the composition is coated on the old coated membrane. SOLUTION: This one package epoxy resin coating composition comprises (A) an epoxy resin havig one or more epoxy gropus in one molecule and soluble in (D) an undermentioned organic solvent, (B) ketimine comounds having no amino group without a primary amino group blocked with a carbonyl compound, (C) a dehydrating agent and the organic solvent D. The organic slvent D contains >=95 wt.% hydrocarbon-based solvent selected from an aliphatic hydrocarbon-based solvent and a high-boiling point aromatic hydrocarbon-based solvent having >=148 deg.C boiling point based on the amount of the organic solvent D.</p> |
