PURPOSE: A plastic thermostat housing assembly is provided to mold complicated cooling water tube channels with plastics for reducing the manufacturing cost and the weight, and simplifying the assembly structure for the sake of repair and maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A plastic thermostat housing assembly includes a housing main body(40) molded with plastics and having a case part(42) to be mounted with a thermostat inside, a connection port(44) connected to a discharge part tube of a cylinder head at a side of the case part to be communicated with an inside of the case part when the thermostat is not opened under a predetermined normal operation temperature and to be closed with relation to the inside of the case part by the thermostat after the thermostat is opened, and a water pump leading tube(46) extended from the other side of the case part to be communicated with the connection port of a cylinder head via the thermostat to be connected to an inlet part of the water pump, and a housing cover(60) molded with plastics to be fixed on the housing main body for fixing the thermostat and having a radiator connection port(62) at a side to be connected to a discharge part tube of a radiator, of which inside is communicated to the inside of the case part and the water pump leading tube via the thermostat when the thermostat is opened.
