<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human resource management service system which enables a job seeker to drastically save trouble to register in a plurality of temporary personnel dispatching companies. SOLUTION: The terminal of the job seeker, a human resource management center and the terminal devices of a plurality of temporary personnel dispatching companies are connected through a network, and the human resource management center offers the job seeker a service which enables the job seeker to register human resource information such as the experience, skill and qualification of the job seeker by designating a temporary personnel dispatching company. The center stores the human resource information of the job seeker as primary information about a registrant, also stores the secondary information of each temporary personnel dispatching company related to the primary information and offers the primary and secondary information to a plurality of temporary personnel dispatching companies.</p> |
