PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover solid matter in a dried state by preventing liquid from dropping from the lower part of a return side of a hinge conveyer. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a hinge conveyer 5, installed in an endless state between an introduction port 3 for introducing contamination liquid used by an industrial machine including a machining center and being in a state in which chips and an cutting oil are coexisting, into the inside of a tank for separating it to the chips and the cutting oil, and a discharge port 4, and allowing them to fall down by empty weight, when they pass through a vertical face P along the tangent direction with respect to a transfer surface, a plate-like member provided with an inclined surface part 9 forming an acute angleθwith respect to the vertical surface P and arranged with an inclination toward a lower part side, and a shape part 10 which makes liquid stick and fall down by its empty weight from the lower end edge part, a liquid recovery part 7 for recovering the liquid at the lower part and sending it to the tank, and a solid recovery part 6 for recovering the solid matter.
