摘要 |
PURPOSE:To securely prevent any subsequent danger even though a displacement detector comes in a trouble by detecting a trouble of the displacement detector by means of a deviation, more than set value, of a displacement signal from a speed command signal and stopping an actuator. CONSTITUTION:A signal thetaL coming from a speed command setter 3 through an integrator 5 is compared 6 with a signal theta of a displacement detector 4 mounted on an actuator 1. The absolute value of a signal DELTAtheta for a derivation between both signals is compared with the set value of a setter 11 in a comparator 12. If this signal DELTAtheta is larger than the set value, switch unit 14 is operated to get '0' signal output. This '0' signal is input a multiplier 15 to have a signal bound for a drive control mechanism 2 stopped. The operation of an actuator 1 is stopped in this way. |
