PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately recognize a stop position of a motor and a state of a transfer mechanism even when there are many stop positions of the motor and states of the transfer mechanism, and to realize noise resistance and low power consumption. SOLUTION: A position sensor 21 comprises: an earth pattern 22 formed in an annular shape with respect to the output shaft of the motor; an electrode 23 for detecting a first rotary position partitioned into electrodes A-F correspondingly to the states of the transfer mechanism; and an electrode 24 for detecting a second rotary position partitioned into a plurality of electrodes a-f correspondingly to the states of the transfer mechanism. A plurality of electrode formed positions of the electrode 23 for detecting the first rotary position and a plurality of electrode formed positions of the electrode 24 for detecting the second rotary position are formed so that they are shifted by a predetermined angle by using the output shaft of the motor as the center. The rotary position for the electrode 23 for detecting the first rotary position of the motor and the rotary position for the electrode 24 for detecting the second rotary position of the motor are combined for the position sensor 21 like this, and the driven state of the transfer mechanism is detected.
