PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioning duct structure arranging an air-conditioning duct in an instrument panel while maintaining strength of a beam member in predetermined strength without increasing the number of part items and weight. SOLUTION: The inside of the instrument panel has a cross car beam 2 arranged in the vehicle width direction W and having a center vent 16 and side vents 17 and 17 of air-conditioning air, and an air distributing part 20 arranged in an intermediate part in the longitudinal direction of this cross car beam 2 and distributing the air-conditioning air in the cross car beam 2.
