PURPOSE: A flowerpot for growing a plant is provided to devise the air purification and the humidification of indoor space having the flowerpot, and to maintain the perfume and the shape of the flowerpot for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The flowerpot comprised of a body(100) made of soil, and a plant space(102) provided on the center of the body for receiving a plant additionally comprises a ventilation through(104), a water supply device(110), a motor(124), a control device(140), and a power supply device(150). The ventilation through extending along the bottom peripheral of the plant space has an elongate through(106) vertically extending toward the top of the flowerpot. The water supply device disposed at a section(108) between the circumference of the flowerpot and the plant space consists of a water tank(112) formed with an injection hole(111), and a pump(114) for spouting the water of the water tank via the ventilation through. The motor mounted in a desirable position of the section inhales the outdoor air via a suction hole(121) as well as injects the inhaled air into the ventilation through. The control device installed in the section controls the actions of the water supply device and the motor by using an output signal of temperature sensor(132) and humidity sensor(134).
