This heat exchange ventilation device is equipped with: a body, the interior of which is formed with an air supply path and an exhaust path; an air-supply air blower; an exhaust air blower; and a heat exchanger (2). The heat exchanger (2) has a plurality of sheet-like polygonal partition members laminated at intervals. The air-supply air blower (3) and the exhaust air blower (4) are arranged along the lamination direction of the partition members located within the body and abut on one side extending along the lamination direction from among the sides of the heat exchanger (2). The portions of the air-supply air blower (3) and the exhaust air blower (4) which abut on the heat exchanger (2) are each formed with a groove (25b) extending along the lamination direction. The groove (25b) is formed with protrusions (33, 43) extending along the lamination direction.
