<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing nonmagnetic one-component system toners by a sieving method which eliminates the excess and shortage of image density, lessens the toner fogging and white ground fogging on a photoreceptor and lessens the occurrence of image defects, such as unevenness, white spots and stripes, in solid images. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the nonmagnetic one-component system toners consists in forming toner particles of a regulated grain size by pulverizing a resin composition for toners containing at least a binder resin and coloring agents and classifying the particles, then mixing the toner particles with fine inorganic powder and sieving the mixture while vibrating a sieving surface by transmitting the vibration by ultrasonic waves to the sieving surface from plural points.</p> |
