PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-cuttable adhesive tape which has excellent adhesion, re-releasability, hand-cuttable properties, elongation prevention, curl resistance and prevention of lifting at the edges of the tape. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape is obtained by coating (A) a polyester-based resin which has a number average molecular weight of 10,000 or more and a glass transition temperature of 0-80 deg.C on the concave-convex surface of (I) an unoriented polyolefin-based resin base film which has a striped concave- convex surface formed on one side wherein the patterns are 0.03-0.3 mm deep and located at an interval of 0.5-5 mm orthogonal to the longer direction of the adhesive tape and which has a difference between the thickness of the base film and the depth of the pattern of 10-90μm, and then by coating (B) an acrylic adhesive composition thereon.
