PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiallergic agent having human high-affinity IgE receptor (FcεRI)α-chain expression inhibitory activity, therefore effective for inhibiting a sequence of allergic reactions by inhibiting cell activation through the linkage between antigen-specific IgE and receptor. SOLUTION: This antiallergic agent is characterized by comprising an albocycline compound.
