PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot managing system attractive for a parking lot owner by directly transmitting parking lot sales related information, which is acquired by a parking lot managing device, to the parking lot owner. SOLUTION: Each of parking lot managing devices 12a-12e is provided with a parking lot state information acquiring part for acquiring the parking lot sales related information and parking lot sales non-related information, the parking lot sales non-related information is transmitted to a center managing device 16 and the parking lot sales related information is transmitted to a business managing device 14 corresponding to the relevant parking lot managing device 12.
