PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the usage of an ozone decomposing catalyst, to efficiently reduce the ozone generated at an ion generating device and to reduce costs. SOLUTION: A dust collecting pole plate 4b being a cathode is provided at the downstream side of a discharge wire 3a being an anode, and ionized wind is directed to the dust collecting pole plate 4b, and the ozone decomposing catalyst is applied on only dust collecting pole plate 4b.
