PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a pin used in assembly of an instrument panel to a cowl box and deformation of the instrument panel so as to improve assembling ability and to eliminate management of a pin assembling socket and erroneous assembly of the pin. SOLUTION: A pin with a circular-cross sectional shape is used for a central pin among pins 11 arranged integrally in an instrument panel main body 1, while a pin having cut both sides is used as the pin 11 arranged in each of the left and right end parts. A cut amount of the pin 11 on the inside is increased than that of the pin 11 on the outside. In this way, expansion and shrinkage of the instrument panel main body 1 is absorbed.
