PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fatigue deterioration of an elastic tube, extend the service life of the elastic tube, and ensure correct constant amount delivering operation over a long period. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a body 2, having one press roller 4, and a liquid cassette 3 for housing a liquid cartridge 20 where a reserving body 18 of delivery liquid is connected to one end of the elastic tube 17 and a check valve 19 is connected to the other end. The liquid cassette 3 is mounted detachably, so as to receive press operation of the press roller 4 on the elastic tube 17, and liquid is delivered for a constant amount, through the rotary motion of the press roller 4 by repeating such operations that the press roller 4 is pressed to the elastic tube 17, or it is not pressed.
