<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil whose axial direction size can be made small and which can easily connect a conductor pin in an ignitor. <P>SOLUTION: A connector part 34 is installed at an upper end part of a coil case 3, and the ignitor 25 is arranged on an upper side part of the coil case 3 and on an outer peripheral side of a coil part 11. The ignitor 25 is installed in accordance with a circumferential forming part of the connector part 34 in a state where a switching control circuit board 251 is arranged along an axial direction L of the coil part 11. A pair of primary coil terminal 41 and secondary coil terminal 42 is installed at the upper end part of the coil part 11. The paired primary coil terminal 41 and secondary coil terminal 42 are formed in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction L of the coil part 11, and are connected facing an ignitor-side conductor pin 253 or a connector-side conductor pin 341 formed in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
