PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method and a device therefor that facilitate installation and maintenance of an injection bag at the bottom of a pile pit, and can prevent wraparound of cast concrete under the bad. SOLUTION: In construction method for a cast-in-place concrete pile, a grout is injection in an injection bag 1 at the bottom end of a cage 11, sent to the bottom of a pile pit 10, and a preload is loaded onto a bottom ground 10b under the pile. The bottom face of the injection bag 1 is formed into a protruded shape in the direction of the pile bottom, so as to reduce resistance of fluid in the pile pit when the injection bag 1 is sent to the bottom of the pile pit 10.
