PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a housing capable of reducing or preventing noise caused by air flow flowing on the surface. SOLUTION: In a visor 10, the dimensional difference H between joining surfaces 30, 32 in the thickness direction of a visor cover 14 and a visor rim 22 is set 0.5 mm in design, and the distance L between the joining surfaces 30, 32 is set 0.3 mm in design, therefore, when air flow passes over the joining surfaces 30, 32, collision against the joining surface 32 or sharp change in the flow direction of the air flow is prevented. Therefore, noise caused by the air flow is effectively reduced or prevented.
