PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air guide duct capable of reducing disposal cost by reducing waste generation and exhibiting improved sound absorbing property, heat insulating property and vibrationproofing property around an air outlet. SOLUTION: Cutouts 22 are provided continuously on a base material 14 formed by a resin sheet material leaving a part of a space for providing an air communication port 20. The part the cutouts 22 are not provided is used for a connecting part 36 for connecting the base material 14 and an inside part 24 partially. Thus, the inside part 24 connected to the base material 14 is bent into an inside of a duct body 16 along the connecting part 36 to provide the air communication port 20. Therefore, the inside part 24 is not disposed separately. Further, the inside part 24 faces the air communication port 20 so as to improve sound absorbing property, heat insulating property and vibrationproofing property around the air communication port 20.
