PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing pressure-sensitive adhesive tape base material film being a laminated film of a polyolefinic resin excellent in transparency and flexibility, good in molding processability at the time of lamination of a solvent coating type pressure-sensitive adhesive, not generating a harmful substance even if incinerated after use and friendly to environment, and a pressure-sensitive tape. SOLUTION: The sealing pressure-sensitive tape base material film comprises the laminated film consisting of three layers. In the film, both outer layers comprise a polypropyrene resin and an intermediate layer comprises a composition containing 50-99.9 weight % of (1) a specific polyporpylene resin, and 0.1-50 weight % of (2) a vinyl aromatic elastomer. 0.005-1 parts by weight of a transparent crystal nucleus agent is compounded with 100 parts by weight of each of the resins constituting the all layers of the laminated film.
