PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the displacement of a partition part when a part of a primary molding is positioned to partition a secondary molding space into two parts. SOLUTION: By engaging a fitting part 32 formed in the partition part 26 with a bolding part 43 formed in a mold 40F for secondary molding, the displacement of the partition part 26 from the first secondary molding space 41 side to the second secondary molding space 42 side out of two secondary molding spaces 41, 42 which are partitioned by the partition part 26 is regulated. Even when a difference in secondary resin injection timing is generated between the molding spaces 41, 42 partitioned by the partition part 26, the partition part 26 is not displaced, and the molding spaces 41, 42 keep prescribed shapes. In this way, a seal member 27 (secondary molding part) can be molded in a prescribed shape.
