PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a step for removing wrinkles of a resin pipe by improving a method for continuously pulling a PE pipe inserted into an existing pipe. SOLUTION: The resin pipe interior construction method comprises an insertion step wherein a resin pipe 1 is pulled to insert it into a pipe 4 and a cooling step wherein the inserted pipe 1 is cooled and cured in the pipe 4 from its heated state. The opposite ends 1a, 1b of the heated resin pipe 1 inserted into the pipe 4 are supported on an existing fixed part c, whereby the cooling step is carried out, the movement of both of the ends into the interior of the pipe 4 being regulated.
