SUBSTANCE: working member contains body in the form of interconnected truncated cones one of which is used for securing the working member in base of self-contained drilling apparatus. Working member body has rod along its axis. Rod base is fastened with the help of pylons in base of working member body. Mounted and tightened on said rod are separate truncated cones having circular nozzle holes in the form of continuous circular nozzle on joined faces-sides. Said separate parts of cone have their pylons and bushings used for installation on central rod. In this case, truncated cone has threaded bushing used for collection and fixing of conical working members of definite sizes and shape. Working member also has separate nozzle and mechanical cutters installed in pairs with them to perform gaging of section of made hole or working. Sections of circular nozzles are regulated quickly with the help of circular shims forming flow area of circular nozzle, its breaking physico-mechanical structure.
