PURPOSE: A method for deposit money of an electric money is provided to improve the reliability of the electronic money by recognizing the generation of a charge error using previous supplement transaction information received in the electronic money and supplement transaction information received in a service providing server and automatically recovering the charge error in case that a user requests the recharge of the electronic money. CONSTITUTION: A service providing server receives charge request money information and previous supplement transaction information transmitted from an electronic money(S2), and compares a previous supplement transaction counter among received previous supplement transaction information with a registered supplement transaction counter(S3). If the previous supplement transaction counter among received previous supplement transaction information is same to or more than the registered supplement transaction counter, the service providing server withdraws an amount of charge money requested by a user(S5). If the previous supplement transaction counter among received previous supplement transaction information is less than the registered supplement transaction counter, the service providing server compares the charge request money with the previous supplement transaction money transmitted from the electronic money(S6). If the charge request money is same to the previous supplement transaction money(S7), an amount of corresponding money is charged in a corresponding electronic money(S8). If the charge request money is more than the previous supplement transaction money(S9), a money is withdrawn from an account of a transaction bank of a user according to the difference obtained for subtracting the previous supplement transaction money from the charge request money and an amount of corresponding money is charged in the corresponding electronic money(S10). If the charge request money is not more than the previous supplement transaction money, a money is inputted to the account of the transaction bank of the user according to the difference obtained for subtracting the charge request money from the previous supplement transaction money and an amount of corresponding money is charged in the corresponding electronic money according to an amount of charge request money requested by the user(S11).
