PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce any labor or costs at the time of designing or re-designing a system by easily changing the constitution of an input and output screen. SOLUTION: Information inputted by a man/machine inputting part 2 is stored in respective input information cells 9 and applied to a conversion processing part 8. The conversion processing part 8 generates plural output information based on a preset conversion format, and the information is respectively stored in respective output information cells 10. Then, input and output pictures to be applied to a man/machine outputting part 3, information display areas which are previously linked to the prescribed information cells are set. The man/machine outputting part 3 switches the respective input and output pictures according to the progressing situations of the processing, and displays the input and output information of the information cell linked to the information display area of the picture which is being displayed.
