<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil device, capable of adjusting noise-frequency characteristics easily with which a peak value can be lowered by changing the way of winding of a dummy coil wound, to prevent dielectric breakdown with a lower voltage side. SOLUTION: A dummy coil 22 is wound continuously from a secondary coil 21 in about a single winding to an outer periphery of a secondary spool 20 on the higher voltage side of the secondary coil 21. Since the secondary coil 21 and a Uth terminal 50 are electrically connected not with a single line but with the dummy coil 22, the surface area of a portion where the secondary coil 21 and the Uth terminal 50 are electrically connected is made large, so that concentration of field to the electrically connected portion is prevented. A ferromagnetic member 40 is disposed inside the secondary spool 20, on which the dummy coil 22 is wound. The dummy coil 22 and the ferromagnetic member 40 disposed in the dummy coil 22 constitute a noise filter and lower a peak value of high-frequency noise generated by an ignition plug.</p> |
