PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device, having high-efficient and clean piston constitution, to drive by feeding a microamount of fuel. SOLUTION: The drive device comprises an annular block 1'; a drive shaft 3 situated rotatably at the center of the block; an annular fly wheel 2 rotatably situated in a state to be adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the block 1' and fixed on the drive shaft 3; a piston engine part 6 fixed at the block 1' radially and at an equal distance; a crank 4 to which a connecting rod 5 is coupled and which is fixed at the drive shaft 3; and a starting device. An airtight chamber 9 pointing to the rotation direction of the flywheel 2 and having an injection nozzle 10 in the outer peripheral side and sealing gasified fuel mixture air from a piston engine part 6 is situated in the body of the block 1' continued to a guide port 8 of each piston engine part 6.
