PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a massage machine that vibrations for different body feelings are given by using a vibration device with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A vibrator 8 mounted in the vibration device 2 provided in the massage machine 1 is pivotally supported on a case 5 by a bearing 6 and a second motor 13 engaged via gears 12 and 14 is controlled by a controller 3 so that a vibrating direction is changed. The body feelings received from a treatment surface 4 is changed by changing the direction of vibration. The vibration device 2 is arranged on the chair main body 17 of a chair type massage machine 16 and on a footrest 18 which is connected to the chair main body via a support member 19. The direction of a vibrating part consisting of the footrest 18 and the vibration device 2 is changed so that the body feelings are changed by changeover of the case that only the vibrating part is vibrated and that a whole comprising the chair main body 17 (a subordinate part) is vibrated.
