PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin film which can be used in a wide temper ature range for a freezing use in a low temperature to hot water-sterilizing use in a high temperature, because of having excellent transparency, strength retention in low temperatures and dimensional stability in high temperatures, and to provide a laminated packaging material wherein the polyolefin resin film is laminated on the one surface of a base film. SOLUTION: A polyolefin resin composition contains 30-70 wt.% of linear low density polyethylene having a density of not less than 0.950 g/cm3 and a shrinkage ratio of not more than 0.5% by treatment with hot air at 100 deg.C.
