摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a usual device, when a shaft is inserted into a mated hole, the diameter of a stopper ring material becomes smaller, because of that the size of a mated gap in the shaft direction is formed a little wider than that of a cross section of the stopper ring material and thus when the shaft is inserted, the ring material is widen, even when the ring material is mated with a gear surface, a looseness remains in the shaft center direction. SOLUTION: In the device, a looseness prevention means 30 is made with an annular first concave 31 which is formed on outer side of a hub wheel 1, an annular second concave 32 on circumference of outer side of a shaft 4 which is arranged inside diameter direction against the first concave 31 and a plate of spring 33 which is arranged crossing the first concave 31 and the second concave 32 so that the shaft 4 is pressed into the outer side by a elastic force and accordingly the hub wheel 1 is pressed into the inner side and thus a small diameter of the out wheel 19 is strongly attached to the inner side of the hub wheel 1 and it prevents the shaft 4 from loosening in the direction of the shaft core 6.
