SPINE TYPE HEAT TRANSFER FIN OF EVAPORATOR

PURPOSE: A spine type heat transfer fin of evaporator is provided to minimize amount of water drops staying and forming frost on a surface of a heat transfer fin during defrosting operation. CONSTITUTION: A fin part(13) longitudinally becomes narrower to have an apex on a tip thereof. Defrosting water running down the fin part gathers on the apex to join together to become larger drops to naturally fall down. Moisture is removed easily from the heat transfer fin to prevent blocking of air due to excessive frosting on the inlet side heat transfer fins on restarting to improve efficiency of an evaporator and to reduce time for defrosting operation to reduce power consumption.
