CROSSLINKABLE RUBBER COMPOSITION AND POWER TRANSMISSION BELT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinkable chloroprene rubber composition having high resistances to blocking and abrasion, and to provide a power transmission belt using the composition. SOLUTION: This chloroprene rubber-based crosslinked composition is such that 100 pts.wt. of a chloroprene rubber has been compounded with a combination of a metal oxide with an organic peroxide as the crosslinking agent and the storage modules E' at 150 deg.C is >=5 MPa and the tanδis <=0.04. The other objective power transmission belt using the crosslinked composition is provided.
