PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning device for a vehicle capable of reducing the mis-warning caused by mis-recognition of the road information and the unexpected factor. SOLUTION: In this warning device for a vehicle having a warning control ECU 10 recognizing a driving lane on the road by a white line recognition system 2, and giving warning to a driver when the deviation from the lane, of the vehicle can be predicted on the basis of the vehicle behavior obtained from the recognized driving lane and a group of sensors 41-42, a navigation system 3 is installed for acquiring the road information, and a condition for giving warning is changed to a condition hardly giving warning in comparison with the other cases when it is judged that the vehicle travels on a predetermined road zone on the basis of the acquired road information.
