PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce removing and cleaning man-hours of cured resins retained at an injection side and a discharge side of a liquid-like resin in the case of manufacturing a gear made of the resin, via steps of injecting the resin in a mold for housing a reinforcing fiber base and impregnating the base with the resin, and to decrease a resin generating amount to become wasteful. SOLUTION: A long column 1 is constituted by stacking a plurality of steps of constitution units via spacers 4 by forming the unit by disposing a bush 11 made of metal inside a cylinder 13 obtained by lap winding strip-like felts 12. The spacer 4 has an outer diameter slightly smaller than that of the cylinder 13, and a flowing hole 41 is provided at a position faced to an end face of the cylinder 13. The column 1 is housed in a radially opened or closed mold 2, and the column 1 is compressed from its periphery by closing the mold 2. The liquid-like resin 3 (crosslinked polyaminoamide) is filled in the mold 2, the cylinder 13 is impregnated with the resin, and the column 1 for inserting the bush 11 is molded. The molded column 14 is separated at a position of the spacer 4, and teeth are formed on the peripheries of the separated individual circular plates. |
