PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing and distributing apparatus capable of stably supplying raw material to the next process by one apparatus simple in structure. SOLUTION: This storing and distributing apparatus is provided with a storing part 2 for storing raw material, a picking device 10 mounted at the lower part in the storing part 2 for controlling the quantity of raw material to be picked, and a discharge device 13 mounted below the picking device 10 for discharging the raw material picked by the picking device 10 in one direction or two or more directions.
