<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board wherein an electronic component included in a core board exhibits desired function and electric characteristics inside are stabilized. SOLUTION: A wiring board 1 is provided with the core board 2 having a surface 3 and a back 4, a penetrating hole 5 which penetrates a part between the surface 3 and the back 4 of the core board 2, a chip capacitor (electronic component) 10 which is included in the penetrating hole 5 via buried resin 13 and has electrodes 11, 12 positioned on the surface 3 and the back 4 of the core board 2, and through hole conductors 8a, 8b which are positioned on the periphery of the penetrating hole 5 and penetrate a part between the surface 3 and the back 4 of the core board 2. The electrodes 11, 12 of the chip capacitor 10 and the through hole conductors 8a, 8b are connected via wirings 14a, 15a formed on the surface 3 and the back 4 of the core board 2.</p> |
