STRUCTURE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which has lightweight and high rigidity. SOLUTION: A hollow structural angle is constituted by joining between two face plates 11 and 12 (21 and 22) in a truss shape with ribs 13, 13A and 13B (23, 23A and 23B). The end part of one side of a hollow structural angle 10 is connected with the rib 13A which constitutes the truss. The face plate 21 of the other side of a hollow structural angle 20 is connected in the vicinity of the top of the truss in the hollow structural angle 10. The face plate of the hollow structural angle 10 is connected in the vicinity of the top of the truss in the other side of the hollow structural angle 20. Load at the time of friction stir welding is received with the ribs 13A and 13B (13A and 23B). This structure becomes lightweight and high rigidity due to truss-structure as a whole.
